Hi! Love your site, some very interesting content!
I found this episode of particular interest, because I am a 28 year old single man who has always had good jobs and a disposable income. I plan to leave my job very soon and live off of my savings to spend more time in the “start-up” of my business.
As “20 something” women, how would you view a 28 year old man who gave up the corporate world for entrepreneurship? Furthermore, a man who has to live a more frugal lifestyle in the beginning stages of building a business?
Just Curious? Looking forward to your response.
Hi Sulli!
so great to hear you like the show!!
as for giving up the corporate job to start your own business….i think that is GREAT!! i think it is amazing when people leave their comforts of the corporate world to take a risk in their life…i think it should be commended to be honest. As for how other girls might view your move from corporate suits to being your own boss…does it really matter what they think?? the right one will think it is great and not worry if you have to live a frugal existence for a couple years
just my opinion
keep the comments coming!

Hey,
This is a very good episode as it did illustrate alot of good views. Caroline said it best that assholes come in EVERY economic bracket and money cant define them.
I will openly admit, I am a true romantic, love romance on all levels. I believe you should be with someone based on who they are as people & for how they treat you. You could make a $1 million a year, but if they are egotisitcal, treat like like a trophy, is that money going to make you happy? I would suggest it wouldnt, not in a million years, no pun intended!
For me, I want someone to be with me, like me OR dislike me because of who I am. I dont want someone to say oh wow, he makes “x” amount of money & has a condo in south beach, I could care less if he is nice, but because of that I will be with him. I think true love is priceless, and I would rather be with someone who makes alot less, but works hard for their money.
At the end of the day, if she treats me right, likes me for me & all my quirks, thats the kind of girl I want to be with.
I know this is a loooooooong reply, but I guess I really did have alot to say on this topic lol.
i totally agree with you Craig….i can’t stand people who have money and therefore believe that that gives them the right to treat people differently….and i don’t understand for the life of me how someone can be with someone just because they have money??? how much is your happiness worth to you if you stay in a boring, unfulfilling relationship just because your partner has money …but hey at least you have a nice purse
Some of the smarter girls I know get a kick out of exploiting the spoiled rich suburban brats over here. They milk the idiots dry then leave them hanging before even making skin contact.
Now I laugh whenever I see some rich kid walking around strutting his flashy new jewelery. Yeah I know..it’s a bit crude and I’ll probably go to hell for it but they got it coming.
Hmm…
if only it worked both ways….haha, no I can’t do something like that. I’m not even pretty.
Damn..girls get all the fun.
Anyway, hope you had a good weekend.
Keep it up and stay safe!
hahaha i am sure you could work your charm well enough to get yourself a sugar mama!! hahaha
