Katie goes bi-curious at 1:24 and 2:33. She should have done that in Episode 55. I guess she just couldn’t restrain herself.
All this goal setting can become dangerously close to OCD, Obsessive-compulsive disorder.

i guess that is why i wrote the episode then…i am very neurotic when it comes to setting goals and making lists and putting that into action! i mean look at what one of my goals and never-ending lists got me…you wouldn’t be posting on this site if it weren’t for my neurotic obsessing over goals and lists! hahaha

well…April’s boobs are pretty hearty - i couldnt help but look!
One of my ultimate goals in life is fairly ginormous with slim chances lol…. so I definitely can relate to the idea of making a list of smaller goals, that helps me to not get discouraged and stay optimistic about getting there one day!

staying positive is the most important thing in my opinion. positive energy/vibes can really influence things around you, in my opinion. staying driven is also another important factor, but if you can’t see anything but the negative then no matter how determined and driven you are it will always be an uphill battle

Every new year, I put out my goals on excel spreadsheet. Yes, nerdy!!
I have my goals sectioned out by professional, personal, health, etc. and each big goal is accompanied by smaller goals. For each goal, I set an action plan and a deadline. I find that this really helps a LOT. I was able to achieve almost all of my 2007 New Years Resolution goals!!! Microsoft Excel coupled with ambition can work wonders.

I try and make realistic “bigger” goals and work towards them with little steps. For example, if I wanted become knowledgeable in a certain field fo my career, I would set little goals - list the number of books I need to read (and a set a deadline for each one)…and then I would put an action goal to accompany that (e.g. contact so-and-so for inquiry of a job position or volunteer role). It’s a bit tough to describe… I can send you an email of my spreadsheet if you want!
